This theme is more than nostalgia. It is reflection, recognition, and a reminder that our contributions have shaped communities, industries, movements, and history itself. From ancient innovation and cultural brilliance to modern leadership and transformation, Black excellence has always moved the world forward.

At ULFC, we believe legacy matters because people matter.

Since 2007, the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado has worked to develop leaders who create change in boardrooms, classrooms, government, business, nonprofits, and communities across Colorado and beyond. Together, we have graduated nearly 500 leaders, awarded more than $450,000 in scholarships, launched community service initiatives throughout the state, and helped prepare leaders who continue to serve with purpose and impact.
